1996 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta

First presented to the motoring press in May 1994, the F355 effectively re-forged the reputation of Ferrari’s V8 which, 328 and 348 notwithstanding, had suffered since the introduction of the Mondial ‘world car’.

The F355 though, was cast in the mould of that great driver’s car, the Dino 246 GT. The heart of the F355 was its phenomenal 3.5-liter V8 engine. Equipped with four overhead camshafts and five valves per cylinder producing 375bhp.

Delivered new to Monaco in March 1996, this left-hand drive manual 355 has covered a documented 26873 Kilometers, equivalent to 16698 miles with just two owners from new.

Finished in Rosso Corsa with tan leather and tan carpets.

Covering just over 4000 Kms with its first owner in the Monaco area, the 355 was purchased by the second (originally from the UK) owner from DPM Motors of Monaco in 2000 for 460,000 FRF (approx. £43,000) whilst he was living in the South of France.

Just over 22000 Kilometers (13600 miles) were covered over the next 16 years with regular trips to the UK prior to the 355 returning to the UK permanently in 2016 with the second owner.

From 2016 to date, the 355 has mostly remained in storage with regular monthly checks and maintenance as required.

The 355 is totally original and remains in very good condition overall, the original book pack and original tools all present.
